1. Eligibility for Refunds
Refunds are accepted under the following conditions:
- Items must be returned within 30 days of delivery.
- Products must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.
- Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) is required.

- Products that have been used, opened, or damaged by the customer.
- Items marked as “final sale” or purchased during clearance events.
- Digital products or gift cards.
3. Refund Process

4. Refund Approval
- Once we receive and inspect the returned item, you will be notified via email about the approval or rejection of your refund.

5. Return Shipping Costs
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or incorrect.
- We recommend using a trackable shipping service as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items without proof of delivery.
6. Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged or defective:
- Contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@laurea-beauty.com.
- Include photos of the damaged product and packaging.
7. Cancellations
Orders can be canceled before they are dispatched. To request a cancellation, email us at support@laurea-beauty.com as soon as possible. Once the order is shipped, it cannot be canceled, but you may initiate a return.
